If you have already purchased your property or are considering buying a property or haven’t even started looking for one, we are able to assist you.

 

Development Feasibility

From our initial meeting we prepare a Development Feasibility that estimates all the costs from start to finish and identify if there is a potential for profit.

 

Finance

In conjunction with the Development Feasibility we work with you and our experienced Finance Broker who understands the complexities of multi-unit loans and their policies to obtain Finance Pre-Approval that best suits your circumstances.

 

Site Purchase

With a Feasibility in place, and finance pre-approved, you can assess potential development sites for suitability.

If the “numbers work”, we undertake a site visit to determine any cost constraints such as retaining, demolition, excavation etc.

 

Subdivision and Preliminary Plans Design

Once you have purchased your block we arrange the whole process of subdivision as a complimentary service to our Preliminary Plans Design service and Working Drawing Preparation.

 

Contracts

When your working drawings and other technical documentation are complete we finalise the construction cost, specification and lump sum contract so that your project can begin.
